• Check that you or a representative of your institution will be able / has time to join the Award Ceremony on %%CURRENT_AWARD_DATE_RANGE_NICE_STRING%% in %%CURRENT_AWARD_LOCATION_CITY_COUNTRY%% (if you consider applying, we recommend blocking the day(s) already in your calendar).
• Familiarise yourself with the participation fee for the Awards and linked events (early bird: €450 excl. VAT for the 3 day event).

Both, the attendance to the event as well as the payment of the event fee are requirements to be recognised as a finalist and to be considered for the final evaluation / selection of the winners. You only need to pay the event fee if you are selected as one of the 5 finalists from the category you applied for. There is no application fee to be paid for submitting an entry.

• Download the Submission Template from the Award categories page and fill it in.
• Register an account on this page.
• Login to your account using your email address and the password you set during the registration process.
• Submit your entry (submission template plus some background information) using our submission platform.
