Starting in August 2023, the AIT Entrepreneurship Center will be launching a Minor in Entrepreneurship (MES) for both second year and graduating students. This program will provide a strong foundation in business acumen, including understanding product and service development, market fit, marketing and sales, and the essentials of starting and managing a company.

The AIT Entrepreneurship Center has teamed up with UNEP to launch an initiative to promote environmentally friendly startups with a primary objective to bolster small and medium-sized enterprises that offer inclusive, sustainable, and low-carbon products and services. To support this initiative, the AIT Entrepreneurship Center has developed the Green Startup Toolkit, which is designed to guide environmentally conscious startups and individuals interested in becoming eco-entrepreneurs.

The AIT Entrepreneurship Center and the Department of Development and Sustainability jointly organize an annual Sustainability Hackathon. The objective of the Hackathon is to develop solutions that can contribute towards achieving global sustainability, by combining classroom knowledge, real-world experience, global trends, international conventions, sustainable financing, digital technologies, indigenous knowledge, and collective strengths.

The AIT Entrepreneurship Center provides an Incubation Service Program that offers support to students and alumni to develop and grow their businesses. This program is designed to provide entrepreneurs with resources such as office space, mentorship, networking opportunities, and access to funding to help them bring their ideas to fruition. The Incubation Service Program also offers a range of workshops, events, and training programs to help entrepreneurs develop their skills and knowledge and connect with potential investors and customers.
